Ingredients:

1 kg chicken, cut into pieces
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon of pepper powder

Liquid Coating Material:

300 ml of cold water / ice water

How To Make:

Dry coating: Mix all the dry coating material. Stir well. Set aside.
